Jon Hepler

Jon Hepler is currently the Corporate Controller at Smithers, a position held since 2025. They previously served as the Director of Technical Accounting at JOANN Stores from 2023 to 2024 and held the role of Director of Internal Controls & Technical Accounting at KLX Energy Services from 2021 to 2023. Earlier in their career, they worked at PwC in various assurance roles from 2008 to 2011 and were also a Senior Analyst in FP&A at TEAM, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Jon completed a Master in Professional Accounting at The University of Texas at Austin in 2007 and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder.
