Scott McDonough has had a diverse work experience throughout their career. Scott started as a Packaging and Product Assembly Lab Technician at Nordson Corporation, where they demonstrated dispensing equipment and performed test reporting. Scott then moved on to become an Application Engineer at the same company, where they developed and installed automated application systems and provided technical support to customers. After that, they joined PPI Technical Communications as the General Manager of the Technical Publications Group, where they managed proposal development, built relationships with engineers, and supervised a team of staff. Scott then transitioned to DATAForge™ as a Business Development Manager, where they coordinated and led business development, marketing, and go-to-market strategic planning. Scott also built and mentored a team of sales professionals. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales and Global Marketing at Smithers.
