Stephen Ullrich

Stephen Ullrich is a Senior Project Manager at Smithers since April 2016, specializing in the development and validation of bioanalytical Ligand-binding assays for pharmacokinetic, biomarker, and immunogenicity studies. Ullrich has extensive experience as a Qualified and Experienced Protein Scientist in bioanalytical assay development, continuing this role since January 2013. Prior to Smithers, Ullrich served as a Principal Investigator at Covance from June 2014 to April 2016 and as Associate Director at Human Genome Sciences from May 1995 to January 2013. Ullrich began their career as an Expert at the National Cancer Institutes, focusing on tumor-specific antigen research from November 1990 to April 1992. Ullrich earned a BA in Chemistry from Marist College and a PhD in Biochemistry from Albany Medical College.
