Che Horder

Che Horder currently serves as the Head of Data at SmithRx, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Che was the Director of Data Science at Meta from April 2020 to 2024, where responsibilities included leveraging data for augmented reality product development. Before Meta, Che held the vice president position for data at InVision, transforming the company's culture to be data-driven while building a high-performing data team. Che's earlier experience includes leading data initiatives at Instacart, Netflix, ClickBank, and Level 3 Communications, with a strong focus on developing data strategies and analytics capabilities. Che's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder, alongside additional certifications in project management and dimensional data modeling.
