Christine Centa

Christine Centa is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SmithRx, Christine previously held the position of Chief People Officer at HashiCorp. In earlier roles, Christine was Vice President at Pivotal Software, Inc., overseeing Total Rewards, HRIS, and Payroll, and also worked at Dell Technologies for over a decade in multiple compensation-focused roles, including Director of Compensation. Christine holds an MBA in Global Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Tufts University.
