Gowtham J S has had a diverse work experience in the field of technology and engineering. Gowtham started their career as a Systems Engineer at Nordstrom, where they tested end-user applications and was responsible for requirement gathering, test planning, execution, and defect reporting. Gowtham then moved on to become a Senior Systems Engineer at Nordstrom, where they continued testing enterprise applications, mentoring freshers, and coordinating offshore teams. As a Technology Analyst at Nordstrom via Infosys, they tested the Point of Sale application and enterprise solutions, working on automation of REST services, performance testing, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Later, as an Engineering Manager at Lyft, they played a key role in creating test strategies, increasing test automation coverage, reducing manual release testing time, and determining quality strategic vision and OKRs for the team and the Quality organization. Currently, they are working as a Senior Automation Engineer at SmithRx.

From 2007 to 2011, Gowtham J S attended Karpagam College of Engineering, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
