Javier Serrano

Javier Serrano currently serves as Legal at SmithRx, starting in January 2024. Previously, Javier held various legal positions at Color, including Associate General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, from May 2022 to January 2024. Javier also worked as a Law Clerk to Judge Lucy H. Koh at the US Courts and as an attorney in the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Education.
