Joy Gilbert is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at SmithRx. Joy has over 20 years of experience in customer service and operations management.
Joy began their career in customer service at US Bioservices, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for leading cross-functional teams through solutions and program design, implementation, and execution for specialty pharmaceutical and insurance plan partners.
After 12 years at US Bioservices, Joy left to join IVPCARE, A Walgreens Specialty Company, as their Director of Customer Services. In this role, they oversaw a team of customer service representatives who provided support to patients with chronic illnesses.
After a year and a half at IVPCARE, Joy was recruited by International Galleries, Inc to be their Vice President of Customer Service. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer service operations for the company’s online store.
Joy left International Galleries after a year and a half to join SmithRx as their Vice President of Customer Success. In this role, they lead a team of customer success managers who are responsible for building and managing relationships with SmithRx’s clients. Joy is also responsible for SmithRx’s implementation and plan operations.
