Sandy Hunter

Sandy Hunter, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at SmithRx since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sandy held key leadership positions at Addepar, Twitch, and Netflix, where responsibilities included directing global talent programs, learning and development initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement and diversity efforts. At Addepar, Sandy led a ten-person team responsible for talent management and organizational development, while at Twitch, Sandy supported diversity and inclusion within global talent management. Sandy's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Symantec, where various leadership roles encompassed corporate talent development and HR communications. Academic credentials include an MA in Education with a focus on Instructional Technology from San Jose State University and a BA in Information & Communication Studies with a minor in Business & Organizational Psychology from California State University, Chico.
