Violeta Rios

Violeta Rios has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2022 to present, they have been a Sales Manager at SmithRx. Prior to that, they were a Sales Manager at Enroll 365 from 2017 to 2022. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Account Manager at National Benefit Services, LLC, and an Onboarding Enrollment Manager at Arches Health Plan. In this role, they provided direct and internal oversight of the Health Insurance onboarding and renewal process, resolved benefits and eligibility issues, planned and implemented processes for improvement of member experience, and coordinated and conducted meetings with other departments, brokers, and clients. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Sales Supervisor- Arches Health Plan project at Dialog Direct, where they hired, trained, and managed 50 Health Insurance sales agents, managed distribution of incoming calls and sale leads, and submitted reports on any outbound call lists and broker enrollments. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Bilingual Costumer Service Representative at Box Home Loans, where they assisted customers' inquiries about different loan programs, educated customers about mortgage rates, fees, insurance, and explained deadlines that needed to be met for the mortgage process to be completed.

Violeta Rios attended Brigham Young University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Middle Eastern Studies/Arabic. Violeta also holds a Health Insurance License.
