Brian Mink

Brian Mink is currently the Plant Manager at Smiths Interconnect Canada, overseeing operations in Montreal since the company's acquisition of Reflex Photonics. They bring over 20 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, having held various leadership roles, including President of the Innovator Division at Lyrtech and co-founding Innovator Electronic Assembly Inc. Brian also served as Vice President of Operations at Reflex Photonics, demonstrating expertise in operations, quality systems, and health and safety management. They earned a D.E.C. in Social Sciences from Vanier College and have contributed to the growth of small businesses into mid-sized corporations.
