Hal Marshall

Hal Marshall, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Hal is currently the Global Human Resources Business Partner Director at Smiths Interconnect, where they are responsible for addressing business and human capital needs, leading major restructuring efforts, and fostering company culture. Prior to this, Hal served as the People Strategist/Director at Publicis Sapient, the Global Human Resources Business Partner at Trimble, and the Human Resources Director at Senior Healthcare Services. Hal also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing interim HR leadership to financial services companies and project-based consulting for a non-profit organization. Hal's early career included a role as the Human Resources Director at CyberGuard, where they were responsible for all major HR functions on a global basis and played a key role in strategic business partnership, benefits management, compliance with regulations, and talent acquisition and retention efforts.

Hal Marshall, SPHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Drew University. In addition, they obtained a SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2014. Hal also holds a certification as a Certified Mediator from the State of Florida.
