Jim Spooner

Jim Spooner is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in field applications and sales engineering. Currently serving as the Field Applications Engineering Manager at Smiths Interconnect since August 2013, Jim previously held the position of Field Applications Engineer at IDI Interconnect Devices from April 2010 to August 2013 and at Interconnect Devices Inc. from April 2009 to April 2010, where responsibilities included technical interface with customers and resolving product-related issues. Prior experience includes a combined role as Senior Sales Engineer and Director of Worldwide Applications Engineering at Antares Advanced Test Technologies, where Jim managed teams and maintained responsibility for customer accounts. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
