Justin Taylor

Justin Taylor is currently the Director of Quality at Smiths Interconnect, where they bring extensive experience in quality management and engineering. Previously, they served as Quality Engineering Manager at Pall Aeropower, leading initiatives that significantly improved customer satisfaction and reduced reject rates. Throughout their career, Justin has held key quality roles at various companies, including Valeo and City of Hamilton, where they gained valuable expertise in quality processes and system implementations. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University.
