Mark Conrad

Mark Conrad has extensive experience in manufacturing management, currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Smiths Interconnect since February 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Production Operations Manufacturing Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin from September 1996 to December 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing quality, cost, schedule, and manpower planning to ensure customer satisfaction across multiple programs, as well as coaching production operations managers to enhance performance and product quality. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
