Jennefer Schulz is an experienced professional with a strong background in international development and project management. Currently serving as an International Projects Advisor at the Smithsonian Institution since August 2025, Jennefer previously held various leadership roles at DAI from July 2019 to August 2025, including Principal Manager for Project Management and Finance, where oversight of international development projects in Ukraine and financial performance evaluation were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles at the Smithsonian Institution and John Snow, Inc., focusing on cultural heritage projects, finance, and operations management. Jennefer also has a research background demonstrated at the New Organizing Institute and has served in editorial and communication capacities at McGill University. Jennefer holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from McGill University.
