Robert MacDonald

Robert MacDonald currently serves as the Chairman of the National Board at the Smithsonian Institution, a position held since October 2015. Prior to this role, Robert MacDonald was the Chief Marketing Officer at a retired position since April 2011 and spent a significant portion of career at 3M as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing until retirement in April 2011. Robert MacDonald holds a Master of Engineering degree in Bio from the University of Minnesota, completed between 1968 and 1974.
