Ruchie Chadha

Ruchie Chadha is currently the President of Smokeball, a legal software company. Ruchie has been with Smokeball for 5 years, and has held various positions within the company including President, VP Customer Success, and Account Manager & Attorney. Prior to joining Smokeball, Ruchie was an Associate at Wakenight & Associates, PC for 4 years and at MLG Law Group for 2 years. Ruchie also owned and operated their own law firm, Chadha Law Firm, for 4 years. Ruchie has also worked as a Legal Consultant for Legal Services and as a Legal Fellow for The Sikh Coalition. In addition, they were a Peggy Browning Fellow at the Asian Law Caucus and a Summer Associate at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff. Ruchie began their career as an Intern in the Bureau of South Asian Affairs at the US State Department.

Ruchie Chadha attended the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and South Asian Studies. Ruchie then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.).
