Marion Ribault

Marion Ribault currently serves as the Responsable chaîne approvisionnement at Smoon since May 2025, overseeing the supply chain from raw materials procurement to the delivery of finished products, managing a portfolio of over 500 references. Previously, Marion held roles at Bene Bono as a Gestionnaire de flux et analyste logistique, focusing on order management and process improvement through data analysis and ERP optimization, and at Parfums de Marly as a Planificatrice de la production, responsible for production planning and stock management for a large variety of perfumes. Marion's experience also includes logistics management and R&D project leadership at Prêt à Pousser, alongside an internship at AgroParisTech. Marion completed an engineering degree in Biological Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and has pursued further education at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas and UTSEUS since 2017 and 2016, respectively.
