Gi Kim

Gi Kim, LEED AP, is currently the Director of Estimating at Smoot Construction, bringing extensive experience in pre-construction services from both the general contractor and owner side. From 2002 to 2013, Gi worked as an Estimator at Corna Kokosing, followed by roles as Sr Manager of Preconstruction and Director of Preconstruction at Washington Prime Group Inc. Gi previously served as an Estimator at Lincoln Construction, managing estimates for projects ranging from $250,000 to $50 million. Gi holds a B.S. in Construction Management from The Ohio State University, which was completed in 2003. Specializing in mixed-use, retail, and other market segments, Gi is adept at creating estimates and providing value engineering throughout the design development process.
