𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘆-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 (𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲).

We’ve been in the industry long enough to know it can be… prickly. Ego, jargon, and fluff. Not our thing.

So when we built our own agency, we set out to do things differently - meaningful, strategic, creative work, with good humans, for good humans.

Which led to one simple rule: no jerks.

While trying to land on a name, someone joked, “Smooth Cactus. Tagline: No pricks.” We laughed. Paused. Then realised… that’s actually perfect.

Now it’s more than a name, it’s the standard we work by.

As three senior operators, we’ve got plenty of runs on the board, we’ve just left the ego out of it. What you get is a genuinely good team who care about the work, and the people behind it.
