John Akkara

John is the Chief Executive Officer of Smoothstack. Previously, John led a global IT services firm headquartered in Connecticut. His background in investment banking and financial services was earned in roles at the investment bank UBS and hedge fund Silver Point Capital. He held leadership positions in companies such as Bank of America.

John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University and played NCAA Division 1 tennis.
