Maria Mokati

Maria Mokati is a seasoned Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach with extensive experience in guiding teams through Agile methodologies. Currently serving at Sanlam since August 2023, Maria oversees the Scrum process and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. At Smoothstack, since September 2022, Maria facilitates daily stand-ups and coaches teams to enhance productivity and quality. Previously, at Initium Venture Solutions from June 2018 to July 2023, Maria led scrum teams, focused on customer satisfaction, and promoted self-organization while resolving conflicts and removing impediments. Maria's career began as a Junior Software Developer at Dynamic DNA from September 2016 to March 2018. Maria holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Sedibeng College.
