Jennifer Capps has extensive work experience in project management and customer service. Jennifer started their career at Transaction Network Services in 2007, where they worked as an ATM Desk - Customer Services representative for four years. In 2011, Jennifer transitioned into the role of Project Coordinator, a position they held until 2015. In 2015, they joined Smoothwall as a Project Manager, where they played a key role in various projects. Jennifer's contributions and expertise led to their promotion to the role of Head of Onboardings and Projects in September 2019, a position they currently hold at Smoothwall.
Jennifer Capps has a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Lincoln, which they completed between 2004 and 2007. In 2015, they obtained a Prince2 Practitioner certification in Project Management from ILX. Then, in 2019, they earned a Foundation certification in ITIL from the Knowledge Academy. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the Association for Project Management.
