Smoov is the innovative automation system for pallet warehouses, based on a fleet of four-way shuttles that handle load units autonomously, precisely, and in a coordinated way.
It distributes pallet handling requests across multiple shuttles, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring reliability even during peak workloads. Each unit can operate independently or as part of a fleet, adapting to the real dynamics of the warehouse.
Thanks to four-way mobility, Smoov adapts seamlessly to any layout. Shuttles can be added or removed based on storage demand, optimizing the investment without requiring changes to the system.
Each shuttle moves with precision: a full 3D map of the warehouse and an onboard local positioning system ensure accurate navigation—without the need for QR codes or racking modifications.
