Leonie Aretz is currently the Team Lead Planning & New Workspace Consultant at smow HH GmbH, where they manage the planning team while driving client engagement and developing tailored office solutions. Previously, they worked as a Freelance Product Developer and Technical Drawer at BRICpro, and held various positions in sales and design at companies such as Bang & Olufsen and vitra. by storeHH. With a strong educational background that includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Kunsthochschule Kassel, Leonie has developed a passion for furniture design and creating inspiring workspaces. They are also a certified Innovation Manager and actively facilitate workshops focused on New Work principles.
