Jon Morton is an experienced tooling specialist with a strong background in plastic injection molding. Currently serving as Tooling Manager at Sturgis Molded Products since 2020, Jon previously held roles as Tooling Engineer at Summit Polymers from 2016 to 2020, and Program Manager/Tooling Manager at Primera Plastics, Inc. from 2011 to 2015. Jon's entrepreneurial experience includes owning Rivertown Photo LLC from 2008 to 2011, specializing in sports photography, and Tooling Resources LLC from 1996 to 2011, which provided mold design and troubleshooting services. Additionally, Jon was co-owner of CRB Industries Inc. from 1999 to 2008, focusing on the design and production of plastic injection molds. Earlier experience includes project management and tooling estimation at Mito Product Development from 1993 to 1996. Jon's educational background includes studies at GRCC.
