Fred Willard

Fred Willard is currently serving as a National Board Member for the Society of Broadcast Engineers. Fred has extensive experience in the broadcast industry, with roles ranging from Senior RF Engineer at TelevisaUnivision to Technical Project Lead at Honeywell Aerospace. Willard has a strong background in transmission operations, technical standards committees, and media network liaison. Fred holds a BS in Liberal Arts/Communications from Towson University.
