Joey Malcom

Joey Malcom is an experienced engineering manager specializing in electrical and automation systems at SMS group Inc. since July 2013, where Joey also serves as a project manager. Prior to that, Joey worked as an industrial electrician at Nucor Corporation from August 2003 to July 2013. Joey's career began in the US Navy, where Joey served as a nuclear electrician from August 1992 to August 2003 on submarines USS TREPANG SSN-674 and USS SALT LAKE CITY SSN-716. Additionally, Joey was an instructor at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command from October 2000 to August 2003, focusing on thermodynamics, fluid statics, and dynamics. Joey's education includes completion of the US Naval Nuclear Power program from August 1992 to July 1994.
