Arnab Tagore

Arnab Tagore is an experienced professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at SMS-Magic since January 2025. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager and various positions at Draup from February 2023 to January 2025, and Senior Executive Customer Success at HCL Technologies from March 2020 to January 2023. Arnab began the career as a Customer Success Associate at Oracle in early 2019 and held positions at IFIM as an intern and president. Previous experience also includes a role as a CSR at ITCube Solutions and a trainee at AlmaMapper Technologies. Academically, Arnab holds a PGDM in Analytics from JAGSoM and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Early education was completed at Bluebells School International in New Delhi.
