Rachel Fields is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Project Analyst at First American SMS since April 2017, Rachel previously held the role of Sr. Project Manager at Rogers Electric, where responsibilities included coordinating project activities, managing budgets, and resolving scheduling issues. Rachel's background also includes a decade at Allergan as a Project Manager, managing client interfaces and cross-functional stakeholder collaborations, along with overseeing financial data and vendor relationships. Rachel began their career in customer service roles at Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Computer City, establishing a strong foundation in customer relations and sales. Rachel holds an M.B.A. from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's degree from California State University-San Bernardino.
