David Armstrong

David Armstrong is a seasoned professional in nuclear facility operations and engineering, currently serving as Sr. Program Manager at TechSource, Inc. and Sr. Nuclear Process Engineer at Strategic Management Solutions, LLC since 2022. With a robust background at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2005 to 2022, David held various leadership roles including Division Leader for Explosives Component Manufacturing, where significant improvements in quality and production throughput were achieved. David managed a $1.2 billion construction program for plutonium analytical chemistry, led the delivery of Plutonium 238 heat sources to NASA, and successfully integrated multiple quality control labs to enhance operational efficiency. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
