Michael Nosbisch

Michael Nosbisch is the Director of Project Controls Consulting Services at Strategic Management Solutions, LLC, where they have been since 2021. With over 37 years of experience in project management and controls, Michael previously held several senior leadership positions, including Vice President at Parsons and SM&A. They have also served as a Lecturer at the University of Southern California and are currently a Visiting Senior Lecturer at Texas A&M University. Michael is a Fellow of AACE International and has contributed to various organizations, including serving as Past President of the Society of American Military Engineers, Orange County Post. Michael earned a BA in Geology from the University of Rochester and a Master’s in Engineering Management from The George Washington University.
