Michael Schwarm

Michael Schwarm has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and business development roles within the defense and commercial sectors. Michael is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Certify Holdings since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at SMT Corp in 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Michael was the Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at API Technologies Corp. Michael also held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Sales at CAES from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing at Antenna Research Associates, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Michael served as the Business Unit Vice President & General Manager at Leonardo DRS from 2011 to 2014. Michael started their career at BAE Systems in 1996, where they held various strategic positions such as Sr. Director of Programs and Engineering Director in the ISR Business Unit.

Michael Schwarm holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, which they obtained in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1992.
