Brian is Vice President, Operations, for SMT’s Durham and Fremont divisions. Throughout his two decades with SMT, Brian has created several departments, including Quality Control, Systems, Data, Help Desk and Training & Certification, integrating best practices, processes, workflow, recruiting, training and developing talent.
As the need for around-the-clock client support was recognized, Brian was instrumental in creating the Data Operations Center, SMT’s central location for data collection and distribution and a multi-tiered call center available to every SMT client.
Brian is a graduate of the Russ College of Engineering and Technology – Ohio University.
