Tyler Summers

Tyler Summers is a software engineer at SportsMEDIA Technology Corp (SMT) since July 2021, following a role as a Unity Developer and Jr Unity Developer at Synergy Blue from March 2017 to February 2021. Tyler's career began at the Games for Entertainment and Learning (GEL) Lab at Michigan State University (MSU) as an Audio Designer from May 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included voice actor recruitment, sound effect creation, music composition, and audio implementation. Prior experience also includes serving as a Student Cook Supervisor at The Gallery MSU from August 2010 to April 2014, leading kitchen staff and managing food preparation, as well as a Theater Tech position at RCAH Theater from August 2010 to April 2013, focused on event support and lighting configuration. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Composition from Michigan State University, earned in 2015.
