Jeff Mason

Jeff Mason has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Flux Power and has been with the company since December 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at Flux Power starting from January 2021. Jeff has also served as the President of the San Diego Chapter at Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA) since January 2019. Before joining Flux Power and SMTA, Jeff worked at NEO Tech NEO Technology Solutions as a Plant Manager from February 2017 to January 2021. Jeff also held the position of Director of Operations at OnCore Manufacturing Services, LLC from December 2013 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Sumitomo Electric, Production Manager at Jabil, Operations Manager at Radio Design Labs, Inc, Operations Manager at Sedona Labs, and Production Supervisor at CMC Wireless. Jeff was also the President of Supreme Clean from June 1999 to November 2001.

Jeff Mason received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northcentral University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Jeff then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from Northcentral University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, Jeff completed a TPM Instructor Certificate in Total Productive Maintenance from JIPM in 1997. In 1999 to 2001, they attended the University of Phoenix, where they earned a BSBIS (Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems) degree with a focus on Business Management.
