Cheri Davis

Cheri Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as a Supervisor at SMUD since 2008, Cheri leads the Residential Efficiency & Electrification Delivery Team, focusing on programs that promote energy savings for households and businesses in the Sacramento area. Previously, as a Principal Demand Side Specialist at SMUD, Cheri was involved in energy efficiency program planning and development, handling various initiatives for residential and commercial sectors. Additionally, Cheri is a Founding Partner at Alazan Costa Rica, contributing to the establishment of a sustainable community with an emphasis on environmental stewardship. Cheri's earlier experience includes roles at the California Energy Commission, where contributions were made to energy policy and management of the PIER program. Cheri holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Community Planning from UC Davis.
