Everett Howard

Everett Howard is a Project Manager II at SMUD, responsible for coordinating construction activities and projects across various locations, developing project plans, budgets, and schedules, while also managing contractor agreements. In addition, Everett owns Trooper Construction LLC and has extensive experience from previous roles at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed planning operations, negotiating contracts, and leading project teams. Early experience includes a Power Systems Engineering Summer Internship at California ISO. Everett holds an MBA from Jessup University and a BS in Construction Management from Norwich University.
