Krishna Khalsa, Ed.D., has extensive experience in workforce development and training, currently serving as the Future Workforce Program Manager at SMUD since March 2003, in addition to holding the position of Manager in Corporate Learning & Development. Prior to this role, Krishna worked as the Manager of Training for the City of Markham from 2000 to 2003 and previously held various positions with the City of Toronto from 1987 to 2000, including Senior Human Resource Consultant and Employee Counselor & Human Resource Development Consultant. Krishna holds an Ed.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto.
