Lawrence Luong

Lawrence Luong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and legal practice. Since 2009, Lawrence has served as the Federal Affairs Manager at SMUD, focusing on legislative and regulatory analysis, energy markets development, and federal grants strategy.
