Matthew Powell

Matthew Powell is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Classification, Compensation & Performance at SMUD since February 2016. In this role, Matthew acts as a technical and subject matter expert, focusing on developing strategies to enhance business performance and improve employee satisfaction.
