Michael Cole

Michael Cole is currently working as the Manager of Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations at SMUD since September 2021. Previously, Michael held various cybersecurity and engineering roles at Turlock Irrigation District for over a decade. Michael also has experience working as an IT Analyst at the City of Turlock and served in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. Michael has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Stanislaus, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Georgia Institute of Technology.
