Steve Oliver is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in maintenance engineering and program management, particularly within the energy sector. Currently serving as Supervisor of Maintenance Engineering for Hydro Assets at SMUD since 2010, Steve oversees the maintenance of hydroelectric assets. Previous roles at SMUD include managing commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs and acting as a liaison for key industrial customers. Additionally, Steve served on the Board of Directors for the Collaborative for High Performance Schools from 2008 to 2012 and has held various positions involving energy management since starting a career in engineering with Bechtel Corporation.
