Tim Kelley

Tim Kelley has extensive experience in the engineering and regulatory compliance sectors, currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Advisor at SMUD since 2007, where previous roles included Reliability Compliance Manager, Reliability Compliance Engineer, and Senior Project Manager. Additionally, Tim Kelley has been active as the Secretary of the Steering Committee for WICF since 2010. Prior to these roles, Tim Kelley worked as a Project Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer at Integrated Engineers & Contractors Corporation from 2004 to 2007, and as an Electrical Design Engineer-3 at Constellation Energy's Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station from 2003 to 2004. Tim Kelley’s career began at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Nuclear Reactor Laboratory, holding positions as a Special Projects Engineer and Supervisor/Senior Reactor Operator from 1995 to 2003. Educationally, Tim Kelley earned an MBA from California State University-Sacramento between 2010 and 2012, as well as two Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1997 to 2001.
