Timothy Mack

Timothy Mack is an experienced telecommunications and VoIP specialist with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a VoIP Convergence Specialist at SMUD since February 2012, Timothy focuses on implementing and maintaining the organization's Contact Center and IP Telephony systems on the Avaya Aura platform. Previously, Timothy held positions at AdvanTel, Inc. as a Systems Implementation Specialist, Ramsell Corporation as a Telecom/Information Technology Consultant, and at VOICEPRO in various roles including Senior Project Manager and Senior Account Manager. Notably, during tenure at Juniper Networks, Timothy managed the design and implementation of a global contact center solution, supporting crucial operational needs. With a foundational education from Heald College, Timothy possesses extensive knowledge and technical expertise in telecommunications and project management across multiple platforms.
