Alex Rivera

Alex Rivera has extensive experience in technical and operational roles, currently serving as a Field Service Representative at SMX since October 2025. Prior to this position, Alex worked as a Telecommunications Consultant at ATSG Corporation from April 2021 to October 2025 and held the position of C2MS Operations Manager at Planned Systems International between November 2019 and October 2025. Alex's career includes a tenure as Enterprise Operations Manager at ARMA Global Corporation in 2019 and as System Administrator at General Dynamics Information Technology from November 2014 to November 2019. Additionally, Alex served in the US Army as a Special Operations Communications specialist from February 1994 to February 2015. Alex holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and attended the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 1994 to 1996.
