Andrew Pretz

Andrew Pretz is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security and compliance, currently serving as a Cybersecurity (RMF) Analyst at SMX since November 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Accenture Federal Services as an Information Security Specialist and Technical Writer from February 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing cybersecurity documentation, implementing NIST 800-53 security controls, and reviewing FedRAMP packages. Previous positions include serving as the site lead for the RMF accreditation process at Federal IT Consulting and resolving RMF and FISMA findings at Tuva, LLC. Andrew possesses a strong background in the Risk Management Framework and has contributed to various aspects of information security in military and federal environments.
