Anne Govern

Anne Govern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations research and security analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at SMX since November 2023, Anne previously held the role of Integrations Research Analyst. Prior to this, Anne worked for the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) as an Africa Security Analyst from February 2022 to November 2023. Experience also includes a position as a Project Analyst at Noblis ESI, a Global Corporate Responsibility Associate at TE Connectivity, and a Program Associate at the International Republican Institute. Early career roles include a Data Management Intern and Field Staffer at Schupp for Senate, and a Brand Ambassador at Two Dots Productions. Anne holds a Master’s Degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and a Bachelor’s Degree in World Politics and French from Hamilton College.
