Chris Ayre is a UAS Subject Matter Expert at SMX since October 2023 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Patriot United, LLC, starting in April 2023. Previously held the position of Pilot at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems from January 2023 to October 2023 and worked as the Senior Mission Operations Liaison at Smartronix between July 2021 and January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operations Supervisor and MQ-9 Pilot at Remotely Piloted Solutions, LLC from September 2018 to June 2021, as well as various roles in the United States Air Force from May 1998 to October 2018, including Chief of Wing Plans and pilot positions for various aircraft. Chris Ayre holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from Webster University.
